A sizable ad grid has slots that can be purchased. The ad grid runs on the front page, all of the user-created-card pages, and the card listing. (this accounts for virtually all of the traffic) This means that your ad will be shown on virtually every page load. Showing your ad to every visitor is the true power and value of this system. Unlike ad networks where pageviews are rationed out to you, showing only occasionally on the relevant sites you want to be on and then nickel-and-dimeing you over every click, the ad system here instead shows your ad always to everyone for a simple monthly fee.
Multiple ad slots can be purchased and combined to make larger ads. See the examples for button ads, banner ads and block ads.
This flexibility allows for you to tap into the vast base of visitors, whether your budget is big or small.
You can get discounts by buying multiple slots and months.
Buying a banner (2 slots) gets you tier 1. Buying a block(4 slots) gets you tier 2. Buying an extended block(6 slots) gets you tier 3. Buying the whole grid(8 slots) gets you tier 4.
You get +1 tier for each month purchased in advanced. This also locks in the rate for the purchased duration, even if traffic increases substantially.
The rate is currently $250 per slot. (With discounts, that is $450 for a 2 slot banner, $850 for a 4 slot block, $1238 for a 6 slot extended block, and $1600 for all 8 slots)
If you need a bit of cropping or image manipulation done, or a simple image ad made, this may be provided.
A mobile text ad will also be added to the mobile ad rotation for you, which displays when the specialized mobile pages are viewed from smartphones and mobile devices.
