To link in why phin is relevant: the thread focuses on certain bans made by talons and whether or not they are unjust. Phin's ban is being grouped in as 'unjust' for faulty reasoning (more on that later) and I'm making a case for why there is literally no reason why phin should not be banned.

Phin has been banned or has "left forever" approximately seven or eight times while I've been paying attention, and likely in more instances before I became a member of PCM. We always disavow him, promise not to be fooled again, etc. Every time, I've made a point of driving this in, how giving him is pointless and how he'll never learn. I think that people will remember my rather consistent stand on this. I even made nice with phin once before, but he initiated hostilities out of the blue and spiraled into another one of his bans. He's flamed people, attempted to organize breakaway group multiple times and has generally been a non-contributor.
The most recent occurrence, however, I would like to think took the cake. Phin manipulated users against the forum and forum staff, created multiple 'rebel' chatgroups to distort the truth and fool people onto his side, and after a lot more oaths and promises we swore him gone forever. He had displayed behavior like this before, but it was amplified this time and there seemed no doubt that he would never return. However, on these forums, bans have mysterious trouble ever materializing and often mods dispute them and alter them, often without any proper reason to. Thus, it never came through and phin simply left. However, with his return now, I suggest swift and final action to dispose of this general cancer upon our forums. He does not bring good, has never brought good, and never will bring good.
Hopefully I've been convincing enough because I fully believe myself to be correct beyond reasonable doubt of any sort.

If that was aimed at me (considering it was cited to my post), then I can say that that conversation was ages ago, when the whole Pawn thing was still 'fresh'.

This is probably going to be one of my last posts here, but I've been... semi-active with a alias of 'eponymous'. And I will probably stay semi-active for a decent amount of time. No, I'm not going to actually go on my account Pegasus, but instead keep posting on my new alias, and hopefully everyone will think of me as somebody else. Eventually I will make another account, and possibly evolve into moderator one day, but I certainly doubt it will happen.

No. There will be no new Mods from here on. I won't allow of it. Mods should not overpower regular users in nubers. That's whats happening right now. I personally don't think that there should be that many mods, maybe two or three. But not 8 or 10, seeing as there is only about 15 active members, not including the anonymous community.
